Siam Appraisal and services Co.,Ltd. was established on 6 May 1993 as a company limited (Registration No. 4265 / 2536) with the aim of providing valuation services of all kinds, including movable and immovable assets and properties, revaluations, floatations, machinery, mergers, mortgages, loan securities, acquisitions, disposals and leasing etc.

Our first office was at 569 soi 39, RamKhamhang Rd, Wang Tong Lang, Bangkok, with registered capital of Baht 1,000,000. Management comes mostly from finance companies or loan departments with experience in appraisal of property and company management. They are members of the Association Property Appraisal of Thailand. Our services are in accord with the standard Appraisal of Property.

The company's services have been approved by the Values Association of Thailand and the Securities Exchange Commission to appraise property for POR, RO and SOR. Land and credit management organizations, including the Bank of Thailand, approved us as an official company for property appraisal. The Bank of Thailand also agreed to our property appraisal for approved value-added for Monetary Fund level 2.

Since January 2002 the company has changed its management and improved services to our customers. Paid up capital has increased from Baht 1,000,000. to Baht 5,000,000 (fully paid up) and we have moved to a new office at 65 / 159 - 65 / 162 (Flr.19), Chamnan Phenjati Business Center in Rama 9 Rd, Huaykwang, Bangkok 10320, with 800 sq meter area.

The company has also improved its Management and Organizations structure to enhance its operation and provide faster services to our customers, according to standards. We have a committee to assess our organization structure, including an internal audit to monitor our procedures and services. We expanded in 2002 by opening new branches in Khon Kaen, ChiengMai, and Hardyai. We have improved our workflow, according to standards, by the use of modern computers. Photos of Assets are scanned into our computer database. The company has opened a website, www.siamappraisal.com, with an E-mail facility to enable our customers to access information about us and our services.


In 2002, we were accredited by Thai Assets Management as expert in appraisal of property and property valuation according to Bor. Sor. Tor. The company is currently selected by Bor. Sor. Tor. ( บสท.) for appraisal of property and property valuation.

The company provides valuation services with a responsibility to ensure that our customers receive a high quality service. Appraisals will be provided according to strict standards in accordance with present market value to give customers satisfactory results.
