Siam Appraisal & Services Ltd. has duly registered as juristic person, in category of Company Limited, Reg. No. 4265/2536 on 6 May 1963. The objectives of the business is to provide services of all kinds of property assessment. To utilize for several business such as approved the credit of financial institute, modification of credit line, loan reserve fund, designed the price of assets, joint venture, stock exchange investment or accounting aims etc.
The former office of the company is located at No. 569, Soi Ramkhamhaeng 39 (Theplila 1) Ramkhamhaeng Road, Wangthonglang Sub-District, Wangthonglang District, Bangkok with initial Registered fund 1,000,000.- Baht (One Million Baht Only). Most of the administrators are from financial institute holding the position in credit and property assessment price. The company and administrators are the members of The Valuers Association of Thailand. The management of the company is under the designed rules and regulations of standard and code of ethics.
The company is a freelance valuers approved from The Valuers Association of Thailand and Securities & Exchange Commission Thailand to assess the property under the aims of the public. In addition, the company also accepted by several government sectors Thai Value Investor and Property Loan Management Organization. With the approval from the Bank of Thailand as the appraisal of property that approve the value of additional part as fund in secondary level.
Since January 2002 the company has change the management scheme into various scheme.
To provide quick and accurate services to the customer. But maintain the work quality and assurance to the service users more.
Firstly, the company add the registered fund from 1,000,000.-Baht to 5,000,000.-Baht duly paid up.And add the registered fund from 5,000,000.-Baht to 9,000,000.-Baht duly paid up on
14 October 2013.
Secondly, moved its new location to No. 44, Rungrojthanakul Bldg., Ratchadapisak Road, Huaykwang Sub-District, Huaykwang District, Bangkok 10320.
of area 450 metres.
Thirdly, the internal management scheme has been modified by establishing the organization to make the work accurate to control the price assessment on the equal standard such as to have
a board of assessment that obviously show the organization scheme, internal inspection system to control the work efficiency.
Fourthly, expansion of work by establishing the branch that thoroughly serve the customer. To legally establish 15 branches namely Chiangmai, Nakorn Sawan, Nakorn Pathom, Supanburi, Nakorn Ratchasima, Konkaen, Ubol Ratchathani, Roi-Et, Mahasarakarm, Karasin, Chonburi, Hatyai , Phuket and Suratthani.
